Who is responsible

Your work stays on your device

The app runs in your browser. Your designs, the photos you add, your clients, proposals and setup sheets (names, phone numbers, emails, event details, venue contacts, private notes), your business profile and your settings are stored only on your device, in your browser’s storage. There is no account and no cloud sync: we do not receive, upload or store any of it. It leaves your device only when you choose to export, share or send something yourself.

If you clear your browser’s data, what is saved there is deleted. A backup file keeps a copy under your control.

Data we do process

Purchases

Purchases are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which collects what it needs to take the payment, handle taxes and email your license key, under its own privacy policy: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. We receive the order details from Lemon Squeezy (such as your name, email address, country and order number) to provide your license and support.

License activation

When you activate, check or deactivate your license, the app sends your license key and a device label (for example “Balloon Mockup Maker · Mac · 2026-10-13”) to Lemon Squeezy’s license service, which confirms the key. While you are online the app checks it again each time you open it. The license status, the key and the purchase email are kept on your device. No designs, photos or client details are sent.

If you write to studio@molnip.com, we use your email address and your message to answer you.

Why and for how long

We use purchase, license and support data to provide what you bought and to help you (performance of our contract with you), and hosting data to keep the website secure (our legitimate interest). We keep order and support details while they are needed for that, and for as long as the law requires us to (for example, for accounting).

Website hosting

The website and app files are delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Lemon Squeezy and Cloudflare are based in the United States, so some of this data may be processed outside the EU, under the safeguards described in their privacy policies.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and the website and the app include no third-party analytics. The app uses your browser’s local storage only to work (your designs, settings and license status). The checkout page is Lemon Squeezy’s and follows its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you (order and support details), or object to or restrict its use, by writing to studio@molnip.com. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to a data protection authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es). What is stored on your device you control directly.

Children

The app is a professional tool and is not directed at children.
