If the app doesn’t work as described

Write to studio@molnip.com with your order number and what is not working. We will try to fix it within a reasonable time. If we can’t, we will refund your purchase in full. This does not limit the rights you have by law when digital content is not as described.

Change of mind

The full version is unlocked immediately with your license key. Once your license has been activated, purchases are not refundable for a change of mind.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. That right ends once the license key has been delivered if, at checkout, you agreed to receive it immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal; otherwise you can still withdraw within those 14 days by writing to studio@molnip.com.

License not activated yet

If you haven’t activated your license key on any device, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Activations are recorded with your license, so we can check this.

Duplicate or mistaken purchase

If you were charged twice for the same license, or bought by clear mistake (for example, a second license you didn’t mean to buy), write to us and we will refund the purchase that wasn’t intended.

How refunds work

Refunds are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method. When a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and the app returns to the free demo. Images you have already exported stay with you.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
