Terms of Use & License

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and the provider of Balloon Mockup Maker, trading as Molnip Studio (“we”), for the use of Balloon Mockup Maker (“the app”). By using the app you accept them. If you use it for a business, you accept them on its behalf.

2. Demo and full version

You can use the demo free of charge: the real editor with a few starting designs, sample rooms and palettes. Client proposals, setup sheets, designing on your own photos, the whole library, saving your designs and clean exports are part of the full version, unlocked with a license key.

3. Purchase

• The full version is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout (launch price: US$24.90). It is not a subscription.
• Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our reseller and merchant of record. Applicable sales taxes or VAT are calculated and collected at checkout, and Lemon Squeezy’s terms also apply to the transaction.
• Your license key is delivered by email right after purchase.
• Refunds: see the Refunds policy. It does not limit the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

4. License

When you buy, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your own devices, within the activation limit of your license, for personal or commercial work. You can free an activation by deactivating it in the app.

You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish the app or your license key, or try to bypass the license check.

5. Your designs

The designs, images, proposals and setup sheets you create with the app are yours. You may use them freely, including commercially. The sample rooms included in the app may be used as backgrounds in your designs and exports, but not distributed on their own.

You are responsible for having the rights to the photos you use (for example, photos of your client’s venue).

6. Mockups are visualizations

Mockups are approximate previews. Real balloons vary in color, size, finish and shape depending on brand, inflation and lighting, and material quantities are estimates. Confirm the details with your client before building.

7. Updates and your data

We may release updates that improve or change the app. Your purchase includes all updates to version 1.x; future major versions, add-ons or separate products are not included. Your work is stored on your device: keep backups of what you want to preserve.

8. Warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost designs or business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
